HR said.. everything is fixed , there is nothing variable here.
Is this true ?? Or is it that there is variable which is being paid monthly and which can actually vary month to month??

For everyone asking how much hike can we expect at this rating(vc/hc/ec), please understand the below points:
1. Rating is only applicable on variable pay
2. Hike % is independent of the rating
3. Hike depends on a lot of factors like your current salary, how is it comparable to the market or the level you are in, do you have a progression/promotion, etc

My fixed component was 7.23LPA, but my in hand salary which was credited this month was 50,663. I feel this is way too less !! Can anyone give me a clarity on this please !!

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed.
