I am switching after a long time and have 2 offers from Genpact and Publicis sapient. Genpact is paying little higher as compared to publicis but Genpact also have a longer notice period 3 months. And I have also heard that upskilling is something that is very limited in Genpact.
Can u guys suggest which org to join?
Genpact is directly hiring me for a client and for publicis it's a normal hiring.
