I had my first Technical Round today and received immediate feedback that I’ve been shortlisted for the Second Round (Techno-Managerial), scheduled for tomorrow.

I have 4 years of experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer.

Could anyone please guide me on what areas I should focus on for this round? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade

Any chance for negotiations? Any tips or guidance are appreciated. please help

Citiustech is not going to give my salary. HR said you didn't serve notice. hence you will not going to get your FNF.

I've completed technical and managerial round at citiustech. It went well.
I'll have my HR round probably on Monday.
On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?
Please guide me I really want to get selected in this company and switch from my current employer.
