I have recently received an offer letter from TCS with a tentative date of joining mentioned. I am currently serving my notice period and have 2 months remaining.

I wanted to check with others in a similar situation —
When can I expect to receive the final joining date along with the updated offer letter?
Any insights based on your experience would be really helpful.

A week or so ago, someone shared a stacked bar chart of each MBB/Big 4 firm that highlighted the percentage of consultants that say they work 40, 50, 60 hours etc a week at each firm. I have searched endlessly to find that chart but haven’t had any luck. Not even on google. Does anyone know the chart I’m referring to?

Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭

How long does it take you to get your L1 after the 12 months? Is it a long processing time wait?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

Recruitment HR has confirmed in the email that I can collect the asset from pune and work from pune for few days until I go to kolkata.
