EY – 16 LPA fixed + 20% variable pay

I am an experienced iOS developer with 6 years experience.

Which company is better for:

I am applying for my FL CPA license. The work experience form asks for the start date, end date, and number of weeks employed. If I started working full time 7/20/20, do I just count 52 weeks and put that as my end date (i.e. 7/19/21)? Or should I put today (making it 56 weeks)?

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.
