I am a recent graduate. I applied for Standard chartered apprenticeship program(in June) and have passed 3 rounds. But, it's been 25 days now since the virtual interview. I did mail the hr once, and she told me that I would be notified within the next 10 days. But I still haven't heard anything.

Does the recruitment process really takes this much time???

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

I'm in a new role, and working with data on a scale I haven't seen before (petabytes). When you are designing complex logic at this scale, what is your approach for load testing? I've been working with a tiny subset of data, but now I have a couple ideas I want to test and compare on a larger scale, but the scale of this data is honestly overwhelming to me.
