Hi everyone, I want some advice/feedback from working or experienced professionals. I'm a fresh mechanical engineering graduate, I've had little to no luck sustaining job/roles I'm given. I usually crack interviews but suck at day to day office performance.
The major problem I've faced is that lot of entry level production/manufacturing roles have terrible work life balance, on top of having to migrate to industrial cities, which is very costly as rents and travel, accommodation etc

I have a fully furnished 1 BR apartment with a large private terrace with grill, reclining sun chairs, lounge chairs, and outdoor 6 seater table in Midtown East available for month-to-month rental.

I am asking for $3k/month (which is lower than what I pay), but am flexible depending on interest.

Building: full service, door man building with elevators and laundry. The building gym is also open using an online appointment system.
