What are the good exits for Senior Managers? I keep hearing how people leave for 2x their salary.

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

but I want to work in (Full Stack) Java development I have learned spring boot, angular, rest API, AWS CI/CD pipeline and I have good knowledge of core java, collections.

Will it be a good decision to directly get a job as an experienced candidate by telling I have experience in Java(2 years)

or

I shouldn't lie about my prior experience with SAP BASIS.

I work with great people. Really can’t say anything bad about my firm in general either. But…I still dislike the entire premise of law firm life, the billable hour, etc.. Junior corp associate at a V50 firm in NY. Just received offer a few days ago in Charlotte, a city I really want to live. However, the role is for cap mkts /asset securitization and esoteric assets, e.g., auto loans, railroad, etc. I value having some work life balance. I heard the hours in asset securitization / esoteric assets can be awful. The work is very complex / niche. Does this sound about right? I’m tempted to continue search in CLT even though this a top tier firm. Any thoughts? Thx!
