My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

Hi all,
I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.
Now i m confused what had happened and what to do on bench.
Please help me out here cause I m finding it too difficult here to change the role.

Need your help/advice! I was rear ended & gave my car to the body shop. The lift gate needs to be replaced. It's been 9 weeks and they have not yet received the part. They don't know when they'll get it in. Additionally, they mentioned that they ordered the part with my VIN & they received the wrong part. (How?) Now they're like we've called xyz vendors and none of them have the part. Is it just me, or are they lying? And their response to follow up is we will keep checking...continue..

It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gone a day or night without crying and feeling haunted by them. I can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t produce quality work, can’t find joy in anything I previously loved. This is the worst physical and psychological pain I’ve ever experienced.
