I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.

How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role. My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

Any firms that use CCH make sure your invoices are being checked carefully. We just reviewed ours and were over-billed the last 2 years. We were supposed to have discounts and the math wasn’t even correct across for the amount times the discount to the amount billed. The worst part is our rep then gave a bullshit story of how the list price was incorrect on the invoice but the amount billed was correct.
