Any PgM level 4 or 5 here?
How long to hear back typically after a round?
I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google
Anyone in gTech willing to chat?
Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?
Im currently working at a Data Center, I’m Currently L3 and I’m wanting to see other options within Google. The problem is, as much as I reach out to Hiring managers and other Googlers in other ladders for information on what they do to get a better idea of other roles, I get no response. What’s a good way of networking to other googlers in other ladders. I feel Data Centers are so looked down upon and so out of touch with the rest of Google

Imo Sunnyvale, NY, Chicago, Austin, and Colorado is the order I’d go in. NY has a crazy office, the new pier is really cool.
I aag in person is better and it sucks to say that. I am consistently over achieving but my peers who sit in same location always seems to beat me in terms of being reliable because they are in same time zone. That sucks but not everyone is objective
