I’m looking for some advice. Unfortunately 60 days into my new role I was let go due to “performance”. I believe it was due to other reasons but that’s neither here or there. Prior to this role I was laid off for 5 months. Now, I’m back on the market and need to find something quick. Should I keep the last role I was in on my resume? Or just continue saying I’ve been laid off? It was a short tenure but I don’t want it to be a red flag. Thanks in advance!

What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..

Been at a “top 5” agency for 2 years now and haven’t produced a single piece of work that I feel is book worthy. Granted, there is the whole global pandemic thing. But at what point do you start looking for a new job? Is 2 years long enough to at least get some cred for the name on the resume, despite not making anything great?

Is anyone else noticing a big shift in their hiring right now? Our job postings have been suddenly receiving unprecedented amounts of volume recently. I’m curious about what you all are experiencing within your roles and your thoughts on the current state of the market at the moment.
