I've seen a lot of nice black suburbs in southern and eastern cities but less in the midwest. Hi Fishes, Im currently working as a data engineer for a multi national telecommunication company. I got an offer to work with Capco for a leading UK bank.
Current ctc: 18LPA + expecting a end of year hike of minimum 8%
Offered ctc: 25LPA
I would like to know if the switch would be worth in terms of stability, WLB, growth.
