Got an offer as Senior Consultant 1 from CAPCO, earlier designation Sr Business Analyst. What is the growth perspective? Is it worth considering with 30% hike from current package?

PwC A3 here in currently in PCS, but looking to make a transfer into ITS after spring busy season, as well as switch offices. What’s the best way to go about this? Not receiving a ton of support from my local office. Can I get staffed on an ITS project before making the transfer to get “my foot in the door,” or is that not a thing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
