My current CTC is 19.55 LPA fixed in deloitte, do I need to switch as I am here from starting from my college with full stack developer with enhancing fronted knowledge or learn AWS and switch with Backend technology my expectations is around 30 LPA what I need to follow and please guide me Deloitte Deloitte Deloitte USI

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?

I gave the final round interview Of audit analyst in Deloitte someone will tell how I will know. am i selected or not. Or how many days i have to wait for any kind of mail by HR?
