I need your advice and assistance to choose between 2 options. I have two job offers one from India and another from Amsterdam. I am confused about choosing among them.
1. In India my gross would be 69 LPA along with my spouse out of which we save up to 20 LPA per year.
2. In Amsterdam, my gross is 86K including holidays allowances and stock options. My spouse is searching for a job. she might get 65K in the coming day.
Considering the 5yr horizon. Need your help to decide on the options.

I have also got an offer from Axtria.
They are giving me 8 lpa as ctc and 50k joining bonus and a promised 2 lpa retention bonus after one year.
If anyone at axtria can help what's the work life balance is like there and is it a good organization to join or not.

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test. Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?
