My HR round is completed 1 week back. Prior to that I had online assessment round, Technical round, Techno-managerial round. I haven’t performed that great in technical round. If I reached to HR round, does that mean the feedback is positive from previous rounds?

Also there is no feedback of HR round which is completed a week ago. How much time will it take usually?
