I’m an experienced Azure Data Engineer with 7+ years in companies like TCS, Mindtree, Accenture & Unilever.

I’ve been on a career break for about 1 year 2 months due to personal reasons.

Now prepping to return — just wanted to ask, would this break be seen as a major issue while job hunting? Would love to hear thoughts or experiences!

Class A or B office space? As a relatively new RIA and financial advisor, should I go with class A office space or class B? I know appearances are important, but did office space make a difference?

Athletic 🐠 - who else has trouble with slim pants being tight in the thighs? What are methods you do to get around it? I like slimmer pants for style but don’t want to feel uncomfortable when sitting

Do any of you have experience with pushy coworkers? The kind who won't let you do anything without them "helping" even after you say "I've got this"? I can handle stocking the shelves by myself. So frustrating

Anyone know if the variable pay is applicable while serving np? I got my last variable pay for oct to March cycle and my lwd is 19th sept... Should I get variable pay for April to sept on my final settlement? Or it will give at least April to June?

Anyone have recommendations on how to switch to a client side role in a different city/part of the country? I'm still fairly junior with a few years under my belt but I've always targeted this specific company as my "dream company" and feel now is the time to try to make a move before a) being called back to the office and b) while the job market is hot. It would be a big move geographically but I'm worried me being far away will knock me out of the running despite qualifications. Any advice?

I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing. Here my manger is confusing me like layoff will after u join in IBM.. but I am in cts as 11.2 only .. but now I got SA promotion with 10 % hike .. and also no retnation for me also not there whether I can choose IBM or stay here .. kindly help guys .
