How long does it take HR/TA to callback after first screening round?

My first interview was on July 24th for the position of Sr. Mgr. Software Development Engineering.

Why provide redlines against the original draft instead of the last turn when sending drafts to opposite counsel?! This profession makes no sense.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
