“Tone policing is defined as "a conversational tactic that dismisses the ideas being communicated when they are perceived to be delivered in an angry, frustrated, sad, fearful, or otherwise emotionally charged manner." Managers striving to create a workplace based on equity and inclusion must understand how tone policing silences members of marginalized groups and allows discrimination to persist.” https://www-businessinsider-com.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/www.businessinsider.com/how-to-identify-and-help-stop-tone-policing-in-workplace-2020-8?amp

Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .

Try contacting your HR Partner. It should be eligible once the window is open to you.
Keep the bills safe, if you need to claim later.
True reach out to TPO coordinator and get them posted on this, they'll surely help ouut
Ask your team mates, scrum master, or hiring manager to know who is your TPO.
You can either Reimburse or make Cashless. As your Mom is not added as dependent; cashless can be difficult. You can try for reimbursement, once portal allows to fill in Mom's details. Please keep all receipts and documents available. Also reach out to HR Partner. And don't forget to check "in how many days" you need to raise claim post discharge.
Reach out to your manager. Manager is having all the details like TPO contact number etc you can call and intimate them. Intimation is good for further process. Once you Intimate they will create case number that will be useful while claim. Also you can go to internal employees support portal and check for PDF file in which all the details are there. For claim if that hospital is not tieup for cashless you need to submit all documents after discharge with all original payment receipts, reports and some ID proofs. They will validate and if anything required then they will reach out o you.
Let me know if you need any help.
