I am an automation tester (Web and mobile app automation) with 12 years experience. I am planning to switch due to unfavourable situation in current project and better hike. Can you guys share your thoughts on current situation.

Are there good number of opening for 12 years experienced, especially in chennai?

My CCTC is 25LPA, Can I get offer of minimum 30 LPA in chennai location?

Is it possible to get offer for 90 days NP or should I drop resignation and search?

I want to move to a BA role. I have good communication skills and an analytical mind. Below are 3 of my biggest questions.

1. Is it too late to switch to a BA role?

I am looking forward to HR round for Macquarie Gurugram. All rounds went well except for numerical reasoning section in psychometric test. My yoe is exactly 8 years. My current CTC is 16.2 and expecting raise in current company in 2-3 months.

Q1- What is the maximum I can demand in Macquarie in HR round? Initially, before interviews started, I mentioned 27LPA (negotiable). I have a past offer (not current) of 25.5 LPA.

Q2 do they decline offering in case we get adamant abt high salary 27Lpa?
