Anyone tempted by joining a start up in London. What would you look for?

If you had the pick of BCG Chicago and Bain Chicago out of undergrad, which would you choose, and why?

Got offered a role at a Middle East office at BCG - haven't accepted yet.
Anyway that I can transfer to a north American office (my current location) before I join? SO can't move to Dubai and while applying they didn't interview me for my current location just for the Dubai one.

I understand this may be a big ask, and I'm happy to interview again if need be.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Have an offer for EY and PWC in the technology space. Wondering if anyone has made a similar jump before and could provide reason as to why one would be better than another, including KPMG.

It would be a dream come true for me to work in London for about 2 years before going to B school (doesn’t have to be at a big four firm either). I only have 2 YOE doing risk advisory, which I really want to get out of eventually. Is anyone willing to refer me? I’ll need to get a working visa too.
