Desperately looking for an L4 role in APJ or AMER can anyone help?

Any art directors/sr designers who have successfully pivoted out of a creative role and into something else? Ive been working in visual design for 10 years and I am BORED but have no idea what i could be doing instead. The politics and subjectivity of doing corporate creative work has left me feeling drained. I never want to have another conversation about making something 10 pixels bigger. Tell me how you got out, im desperate for inspiration.

I have a few questions for people in consulting roles (both external/internal).

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

1) does MBA actually improve someone's chance in getting those roles?
2) are there any good Canadian MBA programs you'd recommend?

Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. Actively looking for a different position as I’ve come to discover this company exploits EME employees, but want to attempt to end on a “high note”.

2021 Recruitment: What are the recruitment expectations for your firms this year? Is it going to be similar to last year with little to no recruiting in the UAE and some in KSA, or you reckon will be generally better?
My firm, a small boutique in the region, is only recruiting on a case-by-case basis this year.

I would suggest having a thread or threads about defending socialism against capitalism. In the real world anti-socialist ideas/arguments are made all the time and for those lessed versed in socialist thought, it can be hard to defend one's position and perhaps even be persuaded bythe capitalists. Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
