I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

bonus. I was above cap in my prior
role and now my range is up to $138k
base. I'm being recruited to my old
team as a level 10
Manager with
same base/bonus as now but since it's
a lower level I will cap out within a
year. I always found the legal work
more interesting but limited in career

Is it worth studying REST-assured automation. I have 2+ yrs exp as a QA engg particularly in UI automation using Java and Selenium.

Just got a offer letter from Macquarie, gurugram of 28lpa and HR said that it was bit tough to get approval for 28lpa (though verbal approval came within 3 days ), so now I believe that I should asked for 30 lpa itself. I want to move to a BA role. I have good communication skills and an analytical mind. Below are 3 of my biggest questions.

1. Is it too late to switch to a BA role?
