I got call from synchrony HR and she offered minimal hike (10%). She said I will get Fixed + Variable + other Synchrony benefits.
Can someone please tell what are these other benefits (apart from WFH).

What is the CTC that I should be expecting with these skills if I decide to switch?
Current CTC is 8LPA fixed.
