What is everyone's busy season like? How late do you work during the week and if any on weekends how much?

Need some guidance. Currently in Advanced Services with 90k base pay and no stocks options in Texas, I can be a TAM but I dont think the

company will pay more a lot more. I am looking into presales type of positions as I want get out technical troubleshooting roles and I a good 

background in Networking and Network Security, 7+ years experience.

For me presales are still technical roles which doesnt have much of the troubleshooting component but demos, POC's and having good communication sk

Can't seem to find any companies that sponsor MBA's or similar masters degree for Account executives/managers? Any tips?

I understand sales may not necessarily need a masters degree to move forward but I would like to pivot into strategy or operations at some point in my career. Any insight would be much appreciated!

I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do it, I’m so mentally burnt out at the end of the day from a high stress HR job, the last thing I feel like doing is studying HR!

Hi all - I'm interested in moving to a larger firm to do business valuation work. Currently at a 50-person firm, and have completed three busy seasons doing a mix of audit and tax work, and a few 401K audits and business valuation projects in the off season. Any advice on how to translate the experience I have into an offer? Haven't passed any CPA exam sections yet, but have 150 credits. Not sure if CPA matters if I go into valuation.

I love doing found poetry in a few of my units, and the kids really get into it. We do the type where you get cut up words and arrange them into a poem. I can't do it with my general sophomores, though, because it would be IMPOSSIBLE to cut up enough poems!
Is there a site where I could just copy/paste a poem in and it would let them move the words around? There's a similar site available, but you have to enter each word in one by one.

In this remote environment, do y’all think a junior associate (yr 1-3) in M&A and PE could realistically work full time and enroll in a MBA program if the program holds courses Friday/Saturday. Specifically NY M&A PE associate looking to get an MBA from Columbia. And if you did enroll in a MBA or LLM program, would you need to disclose this to the firm?
