Later, Lloyds bank offered me remote role and asked me to come office once in 3 months as an exception. Pls Help me choose if i have stay at lloyds or move to lilly.focus is WLB

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.
