How much time L&T Technologies Services takes to roll out offer after HR Discussions ?

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to break into this field as a mid-level commercial litigator? I was thinking of taking the CIPP-US test but would that be enough to get some interview traction?

Am looking at exit opportunities and researching FAANG. Curious to understand why anyone would join Amazon which has the worst benefit of the FAANG? Can anyone share what’s better at Amazon that I am not aware of? Amazon and Facebook on sites lined up in January! So researching now!;)

I am in my second year as a attorney, I was a FL paralegal before law school and would eventually like to end up there again. I am in a very small rural area, pretty much only solos, and no FL solos appear to be hiring/expanding at this time.

I’m not bad with money but definitely lots of room to improve overall, due to several personal factors I don’t want to list in full here (numerous unanticipated medical bills, bad boyfriends, etc.) Hence why I only have $3k in savings right now. It’s been asked before whether it’s worth it to pay (~$150) to upgrade a 3 hr flight. I generally agree it is not. But what if your two tweenagers bicker nonstop and are complete and total jerks to you all the time and your spouse chooses the “they’ll grow out of it” approach to things so basically you just want 3 hours of alone time. Then is it worth it?

I applied and have made it to the final round of interviews that’s this week. Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.
