I have 4 years of experience and my current CTC is ₹14.5 LPA, all fixed.

I recently received an offer from Capgemini for ₹17 LPA, with ₹15.4 LPA as fixed and the rest as variable.

However, the job is based in a different city, which would require me to relocate. Currently, I live in my hometown with my family.

It seems that the offer is not negotiable. Given these factors, should I consider this offer or look for better opportunities?

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?
