I have recently got an offer from KPMG for 15 LPA but a week back I had joined Syniti with 12.5 LPA fixed offer. Can you please suggest what should I do? Is there a way I can leave the org and join KPMG as nothing is mentioned about notice period or probation period in Offer letter of Syniti or should I bear the loss and stay in Syniti on grounds of professionalism?
Also KPMG HR told there is a fixed variable pay of 12% is that true or it has any range ?

I feel like I have way less energy now that I work from home than I did when I was working 9 hour days at the office. I don't understand...
