I've 3 years of experience as a data analyst and 90 days of notice period.
I'm looking to change my job but not getting any callback, sometimes getting calls but HR is asking for immediate joiner.
Is this a good time to switch or the market is down. Or should i drop paper then start applying.

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).

1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
