Do you feel 15% of gross is good incentive for referrals into their prospects and customers that need complex integration and custom development solutions? We have paid this to the reps company before but the rep is the one with the relationship. Where possible we prefer to comp the rep. We are US enterprise architects and solutions team that works on 6-7 figure deals with F100 to start-ups. Curious to get your take.

My manager hasn’t shared sufficient commentary in these reviews but rating looks fine. Being in a team management role he hasn’t mentioned anything about the team building activities that I did, mentoring new associates, or the initiatives that I took. Very basic commentary is what he has mentioned. What can I do, should I talk to my PD to tell that or can anyone in HR can help? Can commentary be revised in ZS?
