Went through 4 interviews, panel with presentation/case study with mental health startup that has nothing but rave reviews for me. Apparently no TA team until after I was offered something 20K+ less than I make now. Head of new TA team said they’ll work with me to find a position that fits - the process I went through was “grossly mishandled”. Keep telling me that not even managers make what I’m asking for. Asking for 75k min for 30+ caseload. How do I push them on it? is even worth it?

EY Consulting London Folks - I got shortlisted for SM interview in the Business Consulting GBS space. The first interview had to be rescheduled due to the interviewer's unavailability (and this was 10 days back). I haven't heard back from the scheduler/recruiter since then. The application status on the Careers page says "You are in the hiring team phase of our interview process".

Please help me out I have an offer from CSG International as SDE1 And Capgemini ( europe based telecom project) - tech Oracle BRM with cloud native implementation as Associate Consultant.

I am burning out. My manager forgot her password for a program and blamed me. She said: how do you dare to change my password. I just have access to her account not her personal email. To change a password you need an email and a confirmation code because I am an average person, not a hacker. If I was a hacker I would have used that skill to do something better that change her password or look into her things tbh. What is the expected salary hike for one getting promoted from A to AC or AC to Consultant in ZS India for December promotions?

My manager hasn’t shared sufficient commentary in these reviews but rating looks fine. Being in a team management role he hasn’t mentioned anything about the team building activities that I did, mentoring new associates, or the initiatives that I took. Very basic commentary is what he has mentioned. What can I do, should I talk to my PD to tell that or can anyone in HR can help? Can commentary be revised in ZS?

In 2021, recruiter contacted me and I completed the assessments, then he ghosted me. Few months later he called me and said that position has been filled. I'm like ok.
In April 2022, I again got call for same role but from someother recruiter in ZS. They asked for resume and later called me they will setup an interview but I didn't hear from her thereafter. I'm like What's going on??
