Now during notice period I got first warning mail from hr on monthly non adherence, even after loosing leaves due to non compliance what else action they can take, is there any risk of extension of my LWD if I still don't adhere persona

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
