I applied for a Tax Consultant position at Deloitte. Last week, an HR representative contacted me, collected my details, and shared my resume with the interview panel.
Initially, my application status was "Review in Progress," but yesterday it changed to "Screening in Progress."
Could anyone please help me understand what this status change means and what I can expect next in the hiring process?

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

I’m envious of the big status and points you international travelers get. I’ve always wondered how you get to travel internationally - just luck of the draw w projects? Or are you more senior?
