I got the offer from coforge greater noida location with 22 total ctc including 1 lpa as variable for technical lead role test specialist band 4.1 position.
My current ctc in Deloitte is 16.5 including 10 percent variable location is Bangalore here. Is it good decision to join coforge? I am guessing they are paying less as per role. I have around 5.8 years of experience. I had applied for senior test engineer role. But they finally provided technical lead role with that pay.

How does one most effectively make the transition into management from an Individual Contributor?

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.
