I have earlier given C1 senior consultant level in capgemini for 22.6 fixed when i shown them the offer i had with HCL they just changed to 23 fixed and told thats the maximum budget they have, now the current offer holds the designation of C2 Manager. Does the Manager level paid fairely here? Please pour your advices as i have only one day left for joining.

I am working as an Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys at 3.9 LPA. I have around 2 years of experience. My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/ salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

Have received offer from TCS and tentative DOJ I gave was 27 June 2022.
There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..
Hr recruiter is not responding..
Is there any one with similar situation.
