1. Kcloud - senior Salesforce developer ctc - 24 (20 fixed)
2. ProcDna - Salesforce+ veeva crm senior programmer analyst - 25.5 lpa (22 fixed)

Which one should I choose. I've basically worked with big4 ane product based till now so I am unaware of start-ups environment.

Can a person just say that he cannot disclose his current salary while negotiating an offer and just mention his expected salary (which may be 2x current one) , because if the current salary is low ,the expected salary can't be too higher than current one ? Never seen such a case so just asking

I just boomeranged to Google from a very hyped, private fintech - and my experience there was completely miserable. Bad culture, input vs output oriented perf, bureaucratic, etc.

I feel relieved to be out of that mix, but I feel so invalidated by friends, colleagues etc who gaslight by saying publicly how great the company was - even when many of them would reveal to me in private (often in tears) that they were miserable too. I feel very alone in my experience and (cont in comments)

Would love ideas for meeting people outdoors. Looking to connect with locals, as long as it does not involve eating indoors. 😂 This area was so good for connecting a variety of backgrounds coming together from all over. Ideas?
