Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. I cannot travel back to Nagpur vijaywada is my nearest location. Please suggest how I can proceed.

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.

This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

You would be asked for last working day proof on the day of joining, also need to submit it a week before joining on the workday portal. All these details will be shared in a pre-onboarding call ideally 10-12 days before your joining date. Several documents are accepted such as relieving letter, resignation acceptance email, FnF statement - guidelines for these will be shared in the pre-onboarding call.
Asking this because I've got an email today itself (and my joining is in June end) from the Accenture team asking to share the CV in the ACN format for the client Project selection.

Any specific reason you are worried about them not asking resignation acceptance email?
No specific reason, in general I'm asking as usually in BGV companies ask for resignation mail so they know you have actually resigned.
So thought to know if recently anyone has done documentation or joined then they might be aware.

Resignation acceptance letter they will ask prior to Onboarding.
Even you will get a task in Accenture workday portal to upload the previous employer Resignation acceptance proof.
Previous employers resignation acceptance proof you mean experience or relieving letter right?

they asked me to share on the HR discussion mail after sharing the offer letter.
HR asked to resign the next day after releasing offer letter so accordingly she can give me the proposed joining date which I did, but she didn't ask me to share it anywhere nor ask to upload it on workday. How did you share to HR over mail or uploaded on workday?
I didn't have any HR discussion Mail everything like offer letter, documentation mail were Auto generated mail through Accenture.

I am facing an issue while completing a task on the Onboarding Dashboard (Contact Information section) on workday portal.
Both the permanent and mailing addresses have been filled, but the information is not getting updated and an error is being displayed saying that "Permanent Address is mandatory (Home Contact Change Event)"

But the thing is when any Recruiter call me regarding interview they asked me about my experience and however in the post they mentioned Fresher. I'm getting frustrated now, If is there any opportunity in your organization's Please Let me know I'll be grateful.
I too have a question... My NP is 60 days but i told Accenture is 90 days... I resigned my current org one month after receiving the offer and will match the joining date.... Will it be any problem in bgv or something
