Could you please share the salary expectations or ranges you have seen in the market, regardless of current CTC?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have come for RTO after withdrawing resignation only to hear from the security guard that I'm TERMINATED from client end! I have not received a single mail on it. Rather, Accenture retained me for the same client's project. My AVP, Manager, HR all aware. They are telling I'm on Accenture payroll. I got a re on-boarding email from client end today too.
