JPMC Bengaluru – In HR round, they asked me to apply via a new link for SDE 2 DevOps (for offer processing). No salary discussion yet. Comp shared as 88% fixed / 12% variable. Current 11 LPA, have 19 LPA CTC offer (Shared with HR). When/how is salary finalized? And what fixed range can I expect?
