I recently joined EY-GDS but there was an ongoing interview process with my dream organization Microsoft.Thankfully I cracked that!
But now the problem is as I have already joined here , and resign and serve the 1 month notice and do everything legal, will there be chance to get blacklisted here in EY-GDS?

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. I have experience recruiting for various industries, and across board for different levels (entry, supervisor, manager, director, cfo). I’m seeking hybrid or on-site positions at this time - any leads or reach outs are appreciated!

I’ve noticed that HR, when explaining why a candidate didn’t get the job, tend to lean on “You’re great, but we had candidates with more experience in [skill relevant to the job].” I do believe this is true in some cases, but it can’t possibly be for all of them.

HR folks — what feedback have you obscured by offering that line instead?
