Required a clarification, I resigned recently from wipro and currently on bench. As per the bench policy 45 days will be bench period and remaining 45 days will be LOP on total 90 days of notice period. 45 to 90 th day they stops the salary and am already in resignation mode. HR will release on the 45 th days or they ask us to work next 45 days without pay and no resignation accepted?. How to work 45 days without salary and no use of a company?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.

Note: didnt tried to contact them from 1week as some people said you would receive it soon
