Does ADHD have a big impact on your memory? It feels like if I don't have constant reminders set or leave notes for myself I can forget ANYTHING even if it's really important to me. Is there anyone who is into market research ?

Y'all, I am STRUGGLING. I teach K-2 mild/mod SDC. My students seem to have reverted back to acting like toddlers. They are whining, crying, screaming, hitting, kicking. I have behavior management strategies in place, but what worked in previous years, even the first half of this year, is not working now. I'm literally taking it 30 min at a time. Is it because it's almost spring break? Please tell me that's it. :)
