Infosys I have applied for Canada PR . So one day or another i have to leave Accenture when i will move to Canada. Currently, i am having offer from TCS ... Want to join TCS only in hope that they can transfer me to Canada if i have PR. Accenture holds very less possibility for this. Based on this hope only should i join TCS or or go for another higher offer if I get.... Just resigned today. Hi Fishes, Y.O.E 7.5+ years. Tata Consultancy TCS is offering 25LPA including variable pay and everything. So just 15% increment on my current salary since they mentioned I am leaving my current organization within 1 year.
They mentioned 8-12% is VP plus 80k from that salary is paid at the end of each year. Is it a good enough salary for 7.5+ yoe candidate. Also any heads up for the things I should look out for will be really helpful.

I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I switched to tcs few months back ,here project manager told me that work will be in Angular but when I got into the project it was only html,css and jQuery. now how can i change my project as current one is not going along with my aspirations.
