One of my friend joined Capgemini, it's been almost 3 months, he was not able to get the project, he gave 4 client interviews for the projects


Today Hr contacted him saying find a project in the next 15 days otherwise you will be fired

Tech stack: Java, springboot

What all he can do to get into a project
Please let me know if there are any internal referals to the project

Could you please help my friend in this situation 🙏

I do NOT want children. And yet, recently, I’m desperate to spend time with my niece and nephew. I’m panicking that this is the beginning of me changing my mind.

My neighbor is a bit creepy/lonely (?). He comes over to chat when I’m outside working on the house or doing yard work and doesn’t catch on too well to social cues. He’ll mention small details about my routine or new changes to the house (just moved in). It’s a bit uncomfortable and I’ve had a few awkward moments with him already.
