Got an offer from takeda ,hr said 3 days working from office,but if manager agrees it can be 2 or 1 day.Is it true ? Is there any mandatory working hours in office like 6hrs of something...also they also mentioned about cab,is it only for specific routes ?

I wanted to reach out to understand more about the work culture and job security at Takeda ICC Bangalore, as I haven't been able to find many employee reviews online.

I'm currently in discussions with another organization as well, and since I'm still early in my career (around 3 years of experience), I'm trying to make a thoughtful decision based on long-term career growth and stability rather than just compensation.

The role offered to me is a Data Engineer position within the DD&T PDT team. I'd be grateful if you could share any insights about the team, growth opportunities, work environment, and overall experience at Takeda ICC. Additionally, could you let me know if cab transportation is available for employees living within a 15 km radius?

1. RSC in San Ramon, CA
2. Spring in Oakland and SF, CA
3. SCRC in Santa Barbara, CA

I’ve also done outside monitoring at RMA in SF, CA. Multiple reasons for the many clinics if anyone is interested.

What is the industry average and highest Salary a Manager Management Consultant can earn today, with an MBA degree and 6 years of work experience?

Honestly, I am happy with the current pay but still when I hear the unrealistic figures from my friends and friends of friends it feels as if I am settling for less in life.

How do you all sleep at night?

I have a high stress job and sometimes my sleep is awful. I very regularly use ouid to help me fall asleep but I’m trying to cut it down in general. It doesn’t make sluggish or anything, I just want to be able to have good sleep organically. Any tips?
