Anyone got H1B interview appointment? I am still waiting for the HR to confirm that I can go ahead and take an appointment. What is the process , why to still keep on waiting when I can see the appointments are available now.

How did the interview process go when they asked "why do you want to leave your current position"?

Interviewing for Strategy & Ops Lead role. Recruiter shared 6 behavioral questions for me to send back written responses. Anyone know if this is normal, and how it fits into overall interview process?

Recruiting just let me know they will NOT be sending me to the the hiring committee but want to stay in touch about other potential roles. Is this what they tell everyone?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I have got an offer letter from FIS global in last month their after no communication with HR and if she want any information communicated over an email.And i have responded within time.
On last friday she has asked me to send bgv document and she has told me that you will get the joining email.

I was demotivated. My job started paying me good money so I blindly upskilled myself technically. It’s been a while. I am getting opportunity to work on cloud technology with a company but they are giving less CTC and are not negotiating further .

The other company is giving good CTC but tech stack does not include any cloud technology i am interested in .
