Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

I see S& openings in the PWC careers page but I think those are all part of PWC AC. Do they have an India practice? Deloitte Monitor I can't find any either but I suppose that's because there are no openings

I'll suggest keep on giving interviews. It's common these days. Companies take interviews and put it on hold unless they find cheaper resources.
Infosys is generally taking time now a days. My offer letter got released after 45 days of my interview.
If u r done with HR salary discussion then u can expect the offer in 15 to 16 days post the HR round.
I havent received any such email. May I know for which role you have been interviewed? And wats the current status in the career site ?

Yes, After submitting the form, HR will call you in a week or 10 days for salary discussion.

i have given interview in infosys and in their career portal it shows the status of candidature on applied job position

I was interviewed by Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys this month. After first round of interview no one came back.
It's normal in Indian Companies. Keep giving interviews if they really want you they will come back.
Do you know what is survey link with otp in infosys. Today i got email yo submit details for inteview with complete form link.but i am already interviewd. Now i am not sure if its tech round or hr round. ND WHAT happened with earlier round feedback
So i got HR call from infy and guess what they proposed they will give x+10k max and role of senior consultant. So x is my current pkg. Now should i switch for 10k extra yearly. 🤔 infy should not waste time of candidates if they cant offer.

Same. Its been 1 month my 2 technical rounds has been done and I was selected for HR round. but still HR round not yet scheduled. and in portal it is showing decision pending.
