1. What is responsibility at this level JL6A
2. How about work life balance and pressure.
3. Any other information regarding work culture and benefits.

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.
